Construction guide rail chain platform lifting machine equipment
Construction guide rail chain platform lift machine equipment driven by the electric and hydraulic system ,lifting up and down along the guide rail.Equipped with single side or double sides hydraulic cylinder to keep the machinery work smooth and steady.
It is installed in the pit or the ground floor to convey the goods from one working lever to another.The control panels are available at the designated floors and one the electric platform lift,with up down stop button.
The principle components of machine include guide columns, carriage and a mechanical or hydraulic actuating mechanism.
1) chain lifting platform features lifting the goods through the different floors.
2) chain lifting platform----hydraulic driven and lift by chain .
3) special lifting chain and have long use life.
4) the close height is low so don not need pit installation.
5) closed type structure ,safe and easy to clean.
Safety features:
1.The vertical platform lift equipped with antiskid plate to prevent slipping,it is enough safe when working.
2.The cargo Lift Elevator would equipped with the guardrail to guarantee the safety.
3.The Cargo lift elevator has hydraulic overload protective device to ensure that the equipment will stop work when the load beyond the rated load capacity.
4.The lift Freight Elevator lift equipped with singe control solenoid valves to prevent the platform drop if power failure,You can open the manual deopped valve to lower the platform to the home position
Main Structure:
1. Lateral support foundation and Main body with high strengthen rectangular tube.
2.Distribution Box: with control button, "up","down"and"Pause", you can easily to control the travel
3. Travel switch: to control the lifting height effectively, against the over height
4.Handle switch: press this handle switch can lift the equipment in case of out of electric
5.Hydraulic Oil cylinder: with high quality
6.ladder: convenience the people to go on the table
7.Fence: Can be open and close with a little telescopic shaft. Prevent the goods or personnel slide.
8.Table Material:It is spreading to prevent slippery decorative pattern plate or insulation board
